To get swept by the afc north would be abysmal.
Even with how bad this season has gotten I'm still optimistic the titans can rise up and beat a bipolar steelers team.

This was a surprise as I only looked at the titans schedule once then saw a Mnf promo on Monday and got surprised.
So that's two weeks in a row Monday night football will have teams from Pennsylvania. The fun fact of the day.


Titans first Mnf appearance since one of the funniest ugly football games jets titans of 2012 that made the horrid titans defense look elite.

Agreed and I think they'll draft a qb even if Zack has a good year in his rookie season as there is the possibility he could get injured, and again to have more weapons in the arsenal so having a reliable replacement is great.
A unintended consequence find out one qb is more effective than the other so that's also a win win.

Also the extreme possibility that Zack does have a career ending injury they're not back at square one.

As shown with Carson Palmer, Tony romo, Nick Foles there is a strong possibility in the long nfl season quarterbacks can get injured so wise to have qbs from the nfl draft.

Receiver is the last position, other than OL, that we should spend a high draft pick on. Hunter is essentially a first round pick, wright is one; both in the last 4 years. Other 2 top 15 picks were OL. We don't even have a league average QB to throw them the ball and our D hasn't been average since the aughts. This team has plenty of holes, WR just isn't one of them.

I disagree. Hunter hasnt played like a first round pick. He has had some moments but has been really inconsistent. Wright is good as a #2 guy, but they just dont have a really good #1 WR. I would have no problem with them picking Cooper.

Would you guys be shocked if a. Eli tries to leave New York and settles in Nashville

or b. When Eli and Peyton retire they want to buy an NFL franchise and decide on the Titans?

I think these are both real possibilities

I agree that hunter hasn't played as well as we'd like but it is his 2nd year. Soph slump. Next year is the tell-tell year. IMO, wr isn't a desperate need.

Paul Kuharsky: I think they are going to have to admit a mistake in signing Michael Oher and find a new right tackle. They can get out of that deal clean after one year and $6 million. I don't think the replacement is going to be Michael Roos, and they aren't moving Taylor Lewan from left tackle. Nor should they.
