I've only watched 3 UT games but those zone schemes of his appear to be the backbone of this team. Bringing in some talented scorers will really elevate this team. I don't entirely understand the offense tho.

It's called having one experienced and accomplished scorer (Richardson). Everyone else is raw and inconsistent.
