Why call that TO?

Letting the opponent catch their breath and settle down after a gutshot is and will always be stupidity

I am no fan of, CCM but TO was to give rest to McRae, Stokes, and Richardson. They have gone the whole 2nd n half. Gave them a to before tv to.

There is a difference in calling time out to set up a defensive stop and just calling time outs, we do the later because we sure don't stop anyone out of a time out.
