That "targeting" call is the worst call I've seen in years. That rule, when applied incorrectly, gets me going on rants worse than just about anything else. It's a PC call by a gutless official.

And they gave it official review ... apparently it could be overturned. I'd like to ask them, what would you be needing to see to overturn it? Was that there or not?

So, could it be appealed to the SEC somehow?
