The Official Tennessee @ #21 Auburn Game Thread, 12:00 PM ET, SEC Network

That's verrrrry interesting.......

I wonder how that changes the dynamic between the OC & HC and the OC & the players. Looked like it was positive today. Hope they keep it that way.

I think he will continue to remain on the field after this game. It’s honestly better in my opinion, easier for him to make the adjustments he wants and easier for him to control the substitutions.

Started watching Tennessee games in the 1960s. My first game at Neyland Stadium was coached by Bill Battle. So I've been following Volunteer Football a long time. Regardless of what is said or not said, Auburn is always an important game and a tough game to win, never easy. I hope our players know that. This win means a lot to Tennessee fans, to Tennessee tradition. It should mean a lot to the players and coaches. Congratulations on a good win. Go Vols!

Good omen???
We were singing Rocky Top in the house this am and at the "woo" Gotham, my son's dog, let out a single bark right in time.
You'd better start training that dog. We need him the rest of the season. As a shortcut, maybe a shock collar for the Bama game next week?

This will sound stupid but I kept bitching the whole first drive of Auburn, then I told my husband if I'd just shut up and not say anything at all (good or bad), we'd win. I shall be quiet on gamedays lmao.

We can be the Buster Douglas to their mike Tyson...

Peter Manfredo Jr aka Vols defeating the Latin Snake which irrefutably he did except because this The Contender rematch was in Los Angeles Mora's hometown the Latin Snake was unjustly declared the winner in a fight that irrefutably Peter won.
The Judges should admit the giant error..

Captain America defeating Iron Man in the wonderful Captain America Civil War movie could be shown Saturday with the Vols aka Captain America defeating the Juggernaut Iron Mana aka Crimson Tide that like Iron Man have the great arsenal.
Or the movie Terminator 2 The T-800 (Vols) defeating the Juggernaut T-1000 (Crimson Tide).

The Vols are exactly the MCU Captain America they just will not back the hell down, a Lion heart with a indomitable spirit because they don't give up no matter what the damn score is.
The Vols are a tenacious resilient valiant team with a indomitable spirit same as Huskies may favorite kind of Dog, also have a Lion Heart which is why I call them champions.
Those are all traits of champions, and why I love this team.
Adversity reveals character and the Vols after 2 frustrating soul crushing you wish you didn't see those growing pains games they showed they are improving because broke through today with a impressive great win vs a ranked foe on the road which involved outplaying them including 17-7 outscored them in the 2nd Half, also easily won that turnover stat which is needed to increase odds of winning.

That was the worst officiating I have seen in some time. Stopping the clock when the player was clearly inbounds. Stopping the clock after the player was pushed backwards out of bounds but also giving him the forward progress. It appeared as though they were intentionally trying to keep AU in the game at the end. Thank goodness the Vols prevailed. They earned that win!

Pruitt was asked about it in his presser. He said that it’s much easier to call a game from the box, but sometimes you’ve gotta get on the field and see what the players are seeing.

Also talked about the relationship between Helton and Guarantano, and the importance of the two being on the same page. I’d expect him to stay on the sideline in the future.
