Hobock, first let me say, I'm a fan of your work. As far as your lost earnings go....well that's a little more difficult. Taz was a solid pick. When in doubt, put money on crazy. Solid. It's like doubling down on eleven, you always should do it. However, in this case we were dealing with Mods that could not handle the sheer amount of awesomeness being dealt out. Remember, anything fun will be terminated quickly under the current regime. I hope you have learned a lesson and can hold your head high once again.

Can't believe it took me so long to find this thread, but I really need some advice.

I once did an entire fantasy baseball draft on my laptop from our hospital room right after our first child was born, without my wife noticing. Needless to say, this move gained me legendary status among my friends.

So what's the problem you say? Well, I feel like this might be my crowning achievement in life, my defining moment. Since then everything else has seemed empty and devoid of meaning. Does it get any better for me, or am I just relegated to looking back on the glory days?

A common question for high school athletes, Little League All Stars and gay men who pull off the bed du jour for an entire month. Will this be my crowning achievement? I certainly hope not, but let's examine the evidence.

You're married - that eliminates monumental sexual escapades.

Kid - having a child usually eliminates finding a job that allows you to explore your creativity. You need a job that will feed that kid.

Fantasy Baseball - You must find a way to top that draft day miracle. May I suggest coitus or a snake handling church worship service while drafting for your next feat? If you pull off either of those you may find that feeling of excitement you're looking for.

Let's just say hypothetically, that I had a new sworn enemy; a bald, funny ha-ha guy who had been my closest ally and then betrayed me when I had my back turned.

How would you suggest I go about vanquishing him and returning to my rightful place as ruler and future Mod?

I've already been called "arguably the worst poster on VN" once today. Although I totally agree with that assessment, I'm the only one who can call myself names and get away with it. Thought the egotistical moron was going down that road....
