Disagree. We got the best coach. His resume is really good. He loves this place, and will succeed at a great pace.

Loving your attitude. I went from complete disappointment to total optimism. If this guy can bring in a great staff, I think he could do very well. I like him.

Feeling the stress myself man. Soooooo busy this time of year which im sure you understand with what i do for a living. So you approve of the hire from what im reading correct?

Glad you are on board. I hated the hire at first. Love it now. No question he was the 5th choice, but he will do great. No doubt in my mind. He left cincy, and his players gave him a standing ovation. Kids love this guy.

Yes. I some what understand. I hated the hire last night, love it now. He has a long history of being successful. If he hires a good staff I think we see positive results next year. Not 10-2, or 9-3, but maybe 7-5. The year after he should shine. He is a great X-O's guy. If he can recruit at a high level, watch out

I think this is VERY important. I don't think players liked Dooley and it showed on the field. Compound that with being a loser and it's even worse. Players may not like Saban, but he gets them wins so that cancels out not liking him personally. I think if players love playing for Butch we will see great things on the field.
