Tony has been bad for a few years now. He's had a few good runs recently, but he just can't perform at a high level anymore.

Tony is pretty much done. He's on the verge of ending his career the same way DW did. I hate to see that as I've always liked him. It's especially glaring when you consider how well Harvick and Kurt are running.
