The Official NASCAR Talk Thread

How in the actual **** do they throw an immediate caution on the final lap of the Daytona 500 when cars wreck in the middle of the backstretch, yet a guy wrecks at the S/F line today and they stay green? What a bunch of BS. NASCAR literally needed every trick in the book to keep Kurt out of victory lane, but somehow they pulled it off.

I missed the end, but it sounds like it was fixed?

It did seem as if they didn't want Kurt back in the spotlight so soon. Debris caution was suspect as hell.

Before the first attempt at the GWC, all the leaders took 2 tires and Brad took 4. ....that was that.

It did seem? It was obvious, especially after the Biffle spin.

It is freaking bs, nascar/bill/hendrick are looking out for there best entrance every race.

I absolutely hate it. A sport I grew up watching on Saturday and Sunday has turned into complete garbage.

It is all about tv ratings.

NASCAR's version of the ref being distracted and not seeing the wrestler get knocked out with a chair. WWE would have been proud.

Y'all are silly. So they applaud the return of tony Stewart, after KILLING A MAN, yet they want to sidetrack someone who was never charged with anything?

nascar has a long history of "competition cautions". At least back to the early 70's when I started watching.
