I think that's the interesting point of this whole situation. He hasn't been convicted of anything yet. All they did was grant an order of protection. I could see Nascar suspending him until the trail is over but they are basically saying he is guilty before he has even had a trail for it.

They really shouldn't have suspended him until they saw if he was going to face criminal charges.

At the same time though Nascar is in a no win situation because if they don't suspend him people are going to say they should have and since they did suspend him and he isn't facing criminal charges people are saying they jumped the gun.

Wow Busch is still suspended. What a bunch of bs.

I would sue Brian France and everybody involved. It is absolutely ridiculous that he isn't racing Sunday.
