I don't think JR has showed everything. That car was as fast on old tires as it was new. He's holding something back.

I think the Hendrick and Gibbs cars are very strong. The 20 and 88 were stout in the lead and the 24 stayed in the top 5 all race. Those are signs of strong engines.

I was disappointed with Kyle Larson.

I don't know what to think about Larson yet

Speaking of Cassill he just said that his team's budget is 75% from prize winnings and it takes three races to reach the potential Daytona 500 winnings.

He'll be okay.

Daytona is such a crap shoot. You really can't get much info from it.

Did Reed Sorenson ever find a backup car, or did he end up having to go home after his only car got destroyed in qualifying over the weekend?

I'll casually stick with the SHR, RCR, and Hendrick guys. I like Harvick and Smoke but I know they're both up there in age too. Of the young guns, Larson is my favorite.

I stick with the bowties. If Jeff gets knocked out I'll pull for Junior or Harvick.

I used to like Logano. But he is a idiot like Kyle.

Last I heard he went home. Danica should just give him her car. She'll wreck it anyways.

That sucks. I wasn't sure, because the said the first duel had 25 drivers and the second had 24. I thought only 49 had entered, but maybe they just counted him even though he doesn't have a car.
