Anyone else notice an entirely different demeanor from newly alive Locke? I don't mean just from last night's episode (although last night's did seem fairly obvious). I mean ever since his return to the island.
Everything about him seems as if he's in complete control. How he acts/what he says/what he does. Almost as if he really is in tune with the island now.
i'm still trying to figure out what point in time ben and the others are in. did anyone catch the statue reference made by one of the plane survivors last night?
they have to be more than just unlucky people who happened to be on the plane. Maybe Whitmore's people? And what's in that big box they were messing with?
my guess is they are in 2007 or somewhere in that neighborhood since the picture taken of Sawyer, Kate, etc. with The Dharma people was taken in '77 and someone questioned why they were in a photo from 30 years ago.
Something that just popped into my mind. Are we going to see Richard with Ben, Locke and Sun soon? Because, if they are in present, that's when Richard is, right? As well as Cindy and the kids and a bunch of other Others, such as Amelia..

Something i noticed.....
Locke taking Christians shoes off and putting them in his bag for the boat trip, then taking his time putting them back on on the dock. Now going back to the episode where Jack had to put something on Locke from his dead dad makes me think the shoes hold some either symbolic or supernatural significance between the undead of Locke and Christian.
that came from sun and lapedis. they think they are just on the island in present day time. they could very possibly be in a different part of time that they are unsure of after 1977.
but most likely they are in present day...which would be 3 years after the initial crash.
