Really? While I agree the foul was dirty and uncalled for, go take a look at late 80's early 90's ball and get back to me. Its grown men basketball, you take it in the paint you gonna pay.

Edit: All that being said, it was a douche move and he was rightfully thrown out.

Tirico made a good point as well, because people have been saying that stuff all playoffs. They played a tougher, grittier game 20-25 years ago. A team like the pistons of those days would never win a title in todays game.

What Bynum did wasn't tough, it was a cheapshot. He wasn't man enough to take the ass kicking the mavs were handing his team and he reacted like a playground 12 year old. It was the opposite of a tough move, it was a ***** move by a ***** player.

Ill be shocked if its more than 5 games next year. It just looks worse because of the size difference IMO. Odom being ejected was a joke.

You know you've really hit a Euro hard when they stumble but don't flop. Odom went straight for Dirk when he wasn't looking, which is a flagrant every day of the week and twice on Sundays (see what I did there?).

I do see what you did there lol it was a flagrant 1, nothing more, nothing less.. free throw and the ball if Odom acts up again you toss him

Odom was cussing at dirk and the refs most of the game. When he purposely targeted dirk then cussed him out, the refs had to eject him. Or it wouldve got out of hand.

Not to mention the skirmish with Berea beforehand.

And with Bynum, keep in mind that's the 2nd time he's done something like that this year. I'd be shocked if he doesn't get at least ten games without pay next season.

Odom had been grating on the refs all day... He's normally a respectable player, but refs will only give you a flagrant 2 if you really deserved it (like Bynum) or if you've been on that edge all game and they're just waiting for you to give them a reason, like Odom did.

It didn't effect the game at all the mavs were up 30. If he stayed in the game it still wouldve been a blowout

Correct. I apologize I thought you meant between Dirk and Odom. I knew he had been in the refs all game but its kind of expected when you are getting your ish handed to you
