Before the game, taking a loss @ #17 Pitt would not have been the worst thing. Losing like this, because of offense ineptitude, self inflicted mistakes, and playing against a gimpy 2nd string QB and letting them squirm back into the game and win....that is inexcusable.

Well on offense first. Have to score a TD. Put pressure on Pitt. OT favors Pitt due to short field. We can’t run ball and Hendo under pressure on 2nd and 3rd downs.

I don’t think it’s that guru-ish to begin with. It’s predicated on being in better shape than your opponent and catching them out of position. If that doesn’t work then there’s little to fall back on.

We've gotten good pressure on the QB the entire game. I don't blame them for being gassed because our offense has sucked.

Just going to forget a ton of missed tackles in the first quarter or does defense just count in 2nd half?

On our last 3rd down I have to give it to their secondary, some of those shots showed HH had nowhere to go, especially when having to bail out of the pocket. Hopefully our healthy QB can make OT pay off. Games like this happen, ask ND and TAM.
