If you have time after you pull the pork, toss it in a skillet with some lime juice and more of whatever rub you used for the smoker. Gives it a little of that crispy carnitas vibe. Hands down my favorite way to eat pulled pork.

By my reckoning, the Vols are overdue for notching a victory against the Panthers. It will be appropriate to do so today, on the field that Pitt shares with the Steelers.

Unlike some who think the Vols will hang a quick fifty on Pitt and be playing backups in the third quarter, I anticipate a hard fought contest today. GBO!

I think Pitt will try to pressure Hooker early and often and try to keep him out of rhythm. Will need some quick slants and a safety valve out of the backfield to keep them honest. Burn them a couple of times on those type plays and they’ll have to back off on the pressure and defend, but I’m guessing it may take a quarter and a half or two to loosen them up. We have to bring the pressure on Slovis as well. Also think Hype has to take points on 4th down when deep inside Pitt territory. He can’t NOT put points on the board today when he has the chance.

I tried to find a decent Panthers football forum and had very little luck. Not much happening.
I suppose I may have overlooked their main forum 🤷

Hot sauce or weak.....we find out today. The UT of the last 15 years goes out and lays an egg. Let's see a new UT that goes out and lays the wood to an opponent on their field. Let's be the UT that wins games like this and starts taking what we want. Let there be lots of hot sauce a flowin' today.
