I am for moving on, but would wait until we have just cause to avoid the money hit. Set up the next coach, tell him he is our guy, then when it is obviously just cause, make the moves. We don’t need to reward another incompetent coach with huge money for years. Patience.

I’m only laughing at this because it’s the Tennessee way. Honestly I was wishing JP to succeed just like anyone else but 3 years in and everything is getting worse and now we have recurring violations and not even a too 5 class the last three years . Patch work it seems and back fired. But I’m ready to moving on , want to see a good coach hired not a project or a dream but someone who has had success. But like most are saying he may well be here for another year. Hoping not but again the Tennessee way.

I admit I was for keeping Pruitt for one more year, but would be told vast improvement or we are moving on. But if all this is true, then it's time to pull the plug and go after the best we can get. Shoot high and find the best guy. Freeze, this wouldn't stop me from going after him. Tennessee has a good compliance team and he would have to toe the line, but I believe he has learned from that. I that I would go Campbell but I may also at least test out stoops, meyer and even maybe Mark Stoops. I think Campbell could win here myself and believe we would take it with the right offer. I would approach Dave Shaw as well, make them tell you they aren't interested for sure.GBO!!!!
