It's so crazy that the campaign is accusing the IG of being part of the conspiracy (an Obama appointee) and they are claiming this is all about a NYTimes article that was forwarded - some how that article is deemed to be Top Secret SAP but the IG, his staff and members of Congress had to receive special clearance to see the email. Guess they didn't have a subscription to the Times.
NBC reporting same story. An indictment has to be coming.
Hillary Clinton Emails Held Info Beyond Top Secret: IG - NBC News
would be interesting fight - Sanders, Warren and Biden in a no popular vote brokered cage match to see who gets to run.
Warren seems to be the compromise between Sanders and Biden but the FeeltheBern crowd would be pretty feisty if he got dumped.
Might be interesting, but I think Biden would be the DNC nominee. He's not as crazy left as Sanders and could make a run for the centrist votes.
Right now, Hillary is in desperation mode and continues to try to outleft Sanders. (yeah, I just made up a word) And I can see her slipping away yet again this cycle.
Sure the DNC would want Biden but it would cause a massive rift in the party. I think the Sanders crew will still support Hillary since she's in it now. If she's pulled and Biden pops in I think it's a whole different story.
Honestly between the Trump phenomenon on the GOP side and the FeeltheBern/Hillary may be indicted ones on the DNC side I have no idea what the hell is gonna happen.
It will be a wild ride.
At least Biden will only be 78 at the end of a first term. He is a year younger than Bernie. Boy, they have some old white guys running.I could easily see the Sanders voters slipping towards Biden if that was the case. Hillary's supporters are a foregone conclusion to pass to whomever the candidate happens to be.
Warren is a wild card that could potentially draw from both bases as you stated, but cannot find the middle ground to attract the centrist crowd. Biden on the other hand can appeal to them as he's a lot less controversial and has kind of an "everyman" mystique about him.
