For real go pioneer. I'll try to find the model we used for my dad's setup but it has second room output and iPhone conpatability.

This model is similar.

My 2cents on HT having setup several.

7.1 is overrated; I have it
In-wall is bad ass if you can do it
Pioneer recievers are the best for the price
SVS subs or HSU but get a good sub.

This is the exact one he got. They likely have a newer model. I used cnet when I spec'ed his out because their reviewers are pretty good.

lol...when I lived in Southaven (worked in Memphis) the black guys in the office would call me "Big City".Took me forever to figure out why...
