I've held on a long as I can with Dooley. I like him, but he can't get the job done. It's time for a change. Just hope those with the deep pockets will put the money down to hire a real coach.

What's really going to be ugly is Neyland Stadium next week vs Bama when there will be 50,000 Bama fans there. That will make me sick and hopefully Hart will realize he HAS to make a change.

Being a UT fan for 50 years I can truly say I am done with the Vols untill they get rid of Dooley, he might be a nice guy but he is no SEC coach. Hamilton set UT back 10 years. We are now the laughing stock of the SEC, the once mighty have fallen. We never should have ffired Fulmer maybe put him on notice but he would have got it fixed IMO. I am embaressed in what I see now. I will not attend another game untill Dooley is gone and we get a real coach.

i know most VN people cant stand me or my videos and that's all good, but i think most of us are on the same page tonight...this has GOT to stop now. i've tried to be supportive, i've thought..." for the betterment of the program, we need him for stability "....blah blah blah...i promise you there are HS staffs in knoxville that would have won this game tonight.

Changes have to be made, our defense is getting worse every week. Offense looks pretty good, you should win scoring 30+ a game.

As a conspiracy theorist could Coach Sal be paid by Saban to come in and Saratoga our defense? There has to be something because I haven't seen one this bad since the early 80's. I know, sounds crazy. I guess he just can't coach either. Nothing like having an entire staff of coaches that can't coach!

I guess it's safe to assume that all those assistants who left for other programs, must have seen the writing on the wall? I wanted Dooley to remain as our coach but 3 years and zero wins against ranked teams. C'mon man that's unacceptable.

It might be better to fire Dooley now and put in an interim. It would make a clear statement that we are done with mediocrity and will be hiring a quality coach. I can't imagine that recruits are going to want to come here and play for Dooley. A new coach would bring change and hope and a renewed commitment to winning, while keeping Dooley seems to indicate that we will tolerate more of the same. Dooley has underperformed even the lowest expectations. He's the same thing he was when we hired him-- only now he has three more years of losing under his belt.

I'm supprisingly mellow after this game... I kinda saw this coming buttttttt...

If Neal stays in an our defense was just an ounce better than sticks in mud we would have won...

Back to self medicating and as always go vols win or lose im gonna watch and cheer yall on...

Even with an incompetent head coach..
