Did you already beat the campaign? I'm at level 42 and I have gotten a pretty good ways into the main quest but damn, just traversing the map and battling machines is so fun! I often find myself getting sidetracked.

No lol, I am at level 26 and I am not really that far into the campaign. Taken a lot of time with it and MLB/NHL has taken more of my time than I though they would.

The Assassin Creed games still have the funniest glitches to me, especially AC 3 and Unity.

Open-world games always have bizarre glitches. I went nearly 70 hours in GTA V on PC without experiencing anything crazy...until last night. I switched to Michael and he was in his house. I started walking down the stairs and heard a huge explosion. Walked outside and there's a friggin passenger jet fuselage burning in the street behind his house. It just fell out of the sky and exploded on the ground.

A firetruck came to the scene and the firefighters just got out and looked at it for a few minutes and then drove away. Meanwhile, cars kept pinballing off of it and crashing everywhere.

OP has been updated with a schematic of the floor layout for this year's E3. Some interesting numbers...

Sony's booth is enormous, coming in at over 43,500 square feet!

Nintendo's booth is quite large as well at over 32,400 square feet.

Microsoft's booth is very small this year at only 17,412 square feet.

Would you say, Sony is more endowed?

LOL or maybe they're compensating?

It reminds me of Sony's booth back when E3 was in Atlanta for two years. I got to go both years and let me tell you, Sony's booth was so huge it was all enveloping. No matter where you walked on the convention floor, you somehow found your way into Sony's booth. It was mammoth.

1995? Man, I remember reading about E3 in EGM and just drooling over how awesome it looked. That was back when awesome video games just randomly popped up at E3 and nobody knew anything about them until a magazine reported their existence 1-2 months later.

I know and realize that it is very highly unlikely and basically not gonna happen that Bethesda will say anything about the next Elder Scrolls game. But...if they do I may just ship my pants.

I'm currently playing the Enderal mod on PC now - it's like a new ES game. Very good

1997 & 1998. Yeah it's pretty amazing to be there. The booth babes alone are worth the trip!

E3 rumors...

Xbox

Here is a summary of Ntkrnl Information that he told over the span of the past days. Plz do not share this outside of Discord and especially not on major Forums like Gaf or Reddit.
Ntkrl is trusting us like he did in the past, we also don't want him to get trouble

So lets start
this is a list of games that we can expect for Microsoft E3 Showing. Obviously some minor things can change during the next two weeks, but most of the conference is
prepared and set.

New Gameplay:
Crackdown 3 (this game will get a huge showing, combining the cloud technology with the power of the scorpio - MS aims for an GTA Online Style of Game with an ongoing support
over the next years. It looks absolutely incredible
Will be an Launch Title for Scorpio

Sea of Thieves
They will show an Cave Mission where you fight against a Kraken with your mates and another pirate crew.
Release will be March 2018

Forza 7
I didn't get a chance to see this game, but it will be there, no surprise
Release will be 20th September

State of Decay 2i will get more informations on this game during the next week. Release is slated for Q4 2017
New Announcements:

Now this is the part where it gets juicy

Exclusive Ninja Gaiden Project:
the deal was made in 2015 - a new Ninja Gaiden is on its way, exclusive for Xbox One, funded by MS.
now that NIOh is released, the game went into full production - Release 2018 (could be pushed back to 2019)
Spencer visited Japan recently to make sure the game is doing fine. It is and it looks absolutey incredible. Will be Microsoft Answer to
Core Games like Bloodborne or Ni Oh
4K - 60 FPS pure freaking Action

Borderlands 3 (time exclusive)
due contract reasons of an ongoing deal between 2k and Microsoft (since 360 era) Borderlands will be time exclusive for one year.
The last i knew about this deal was 2014 - it could have changed (instead exclusive Content)
Announcement this E3 - Release 18/19

Fable Online
Studio Fobo is working on a Fable Game. Its basically a ressurection of the Fable Legends Project.
However they will make drastic changes, no moba game this time, more of an Online RPG inspired by Destiny.
You can go on mission with friends, meet in towns where you can equip and sell your weapons. Looks and sounds promising and
is Microsoft Chance to revive this Franchise.
What i was told is basically that if Fable Online (i don't know the final name) does well, Microsoft will greenlight a full fledged mainline Fable 4 Game.
Release 2018

Capcom Vancouver
New Ip - Knight of the Aegis (fully funded by Microsoft)
so this deal is a bit complicated.
Microsoft made a 3 Games Contract/Deal with Capcom in 2011/12.
Game Nr.1 was Dead Rising (Dead Rising 4 got greenlit after its success & therefore is not Game Nr.2 or planned in 2012)
Game Nr.2 was Monster Hunter (this deal doesn't mean the next MH is exclusive on XBox, but Harrisson wanted a guarantee that the popular Franchise from Japan also makes its way to
Xbox - that means, MH5 will be announced at E3 at Sonys Stage and will release on Ps4,Xbox One and PC. This Deal was made at a time, when Microsoft still wanted to get a ground
on the japanese market - today they wouldn't make this deal again.

Game nr.3 and now comes the interesting part was made for an exclusive Dino Crisis Game fully funded by Microsoft, however Capcom Vancouver didn't want to make that game & the other
Capcom Studios were busy with other Projects.
The Plan got ditched and instead they agreed to work on a new ip (which will replace Game Nr.3 for Microsoft)

The new Ip by Capcom Vancouver is called Knight of Aegis

(1974, New York City. You are recruited into the Order of Aegis, an elite brotherhood of Mystic Knights sworn to protect and keep the peace between the mortal and supernatural realms.
When a powerful evil stirs in the darkness, you must master the ancient powers of the past in order to save humanity's future.

Playstation 4

The ones they explicitly confirm are:
• God of War
• Spider-Man
• Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
• Days Gone
• Gran Turismo Sport

If all this talk of games that sound a lot more casual has you squirming a little, it doesn't mean we'll be seeing a shift in emphasis from Sony, especially at E3 this year. With the success of Horizon already established, and the top games on the platform being FIFA, Grand Theft Auto V, and Final Fantasy XV, we'll be seeing lots of big, epic games – although many of them were shown last year at either E3 or Sony's own event in December. The God of War reboot from Sony's Santa Monica studio will be central to this – its new, more narrative-focused, open-world approach with a grizzled, bearded Kratos coming as a direct result of Sony's new global thinking. While always popular in North America, past games in the series just didn't do it for players elsewhere. "It's a franchise that has historically acutely underperformed in Europe," Ryan says. "Hack and slash games tend to not do so well in Europe, so the narrative this time around will make a big difference. European gamers love narrative games. And Singstar."

Alongside God of War Layden confirmed that we'll also see Naughty Dog's Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Insomniac's Spider-Man, Days Gone from Sony's Bend Studio, and Polyphony's Gran Turismo Sport. Sadly, we couldn't get a rise out of him on what InFamous and Sly Cooper developer Sucker Punch is working on, or whether there'll be any word of Sony partnering with FromSoftware on Bloodborne 2. "You can ask," he quipped – but wouldn't say anything further. We may get another glimpse of Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding, though. "We're partnering with him and financing development of Death Stranding. His team has taken the Decima engine that Guerrilla built for Horizon Zero Dawn and they're using that as the base for Death Stranding. Both teams are working from a joint code base now and building on it. It's kind of like a holy grail in game development. Some studios outside of my world have invoked that kind of discipline – "thou shalt all use this engine" – but we've sort of left it to our studios to find the engine they need within the technologies that we have available."
.
Sony will also be pushing its partnerships, "We have a Call of Duty partnership, a Destiny 2 partnership, Red Dead partnership with Take-Two and Star Wars with EA," says Ryan. While unwilling to specify the nature of these deals, it's likely we'll see trailer premieres at the very least.

Bloodborne 2, a NiOh/Souls-like Ninja Gaiden, State of Decay 2, Knights of the Aegis, and maybe Monster Hunter 5? Lawd, my action RPG itch will be scratched if so.

Sadly I have it only on 360 :/. I thought about buying the updated version on the Xbone, but just haven't because I don't want to spend another $60 on it lol. I'm cheap, I know. But it sounds good. It actually sounds like a completely different game, just with the same gameplay mechanics.

It's $19.99 to $25 on Amazon all the time, and there are a lot of mods on the X1 version.

I have tried and tried to get into those games but they don't resonate with me.

You absolutely must play them co-op. Otherwise, yeah, they're boring. Bringing down a hard as hell giant with some buddies is fun though. If you have a 3DS, Final Fantasy Explorers is a much more accessible MH-lite.

No, that's not it. If those games played the way Horizon's combat played, I'd love it, co-op or not. It just feels really clunky to me.

Yeah, they're intentionally clunky. They go for a more authentic feel depending on the weapons used. Big ass swords and lances have wind up time, more stamina use, and longer recovery animations than the daggers. They feel like a less refined Souls to me, but the more hardcore MH fans (my step brother) say the less streamlined combat is what sets the series apart from your Horizons and Witchers.
