This coach has to be one of the top epic failures in UT history. He had made so many dumb decisions as a head coach that it is just sickening. He is the end to all streaks We had established. Lost to Kentucky last year ending a 20+ year streak and now losing to Vandy thus ending a 20+ year streak of beating them at their place. I just can't remember a worse coach. He has found a way to lose even when the other team has tried to hand him the Win. If Hart doesn't make the change immediately after this game then He needs to go as well.

This is embarrassing for UT fans and my 4 year old daughter just asked me "Daddy why does TN never win". She has never seen a UT team with a winning season. This is absolute rock bottom and I will be so relieved to read the headlines, "Dooley is out as UT Headcoach". I don't even really care who is the next coach. Nobody can do any worse than this embarrassment of a coach..... God Bless UT fans and all they have endured..

He will go down as the worst coach ever at UT. Without a doubt. Anyone who thought he ever was or is going to be a success coaching football is clueless. This man and staff are as inept as any staff I have ever seen. Hart must fire him tonight.

Worst coach in UT history is obvious. Worst coach in SEC history is more like it.
Honestly worst coach in NCAA history is the only thing debatable.

Not only UT, I believe he is the worst coach I have ever seen! The talent he has to start with and has no ability to coach the guys up to beat Vandy!? Or anyone else as far as that goes!

A few other quotes the announcers threw out that really pinpoint where this program is vs. Vandy:

"Vandy has 9 four star commitments in their current recruiting class"

"Franklin has changed the culture and mindset at Vandy, Tennessee's mindset and culture has gone the other way..." (paraphrase)

Ya know....those damn Mayans might be right! December could be a really crappy month for the world - it must be ending!

I would add the most ignorant leadership in history. They hired him thinking the sheep will follow. Folks need to boycott the Cat game if Dooley is on the sidelines.

I made the claim that this is the worst team that UT has ever put on the field, and if they lose next week the record will back that up. My dad argues that, because the offense can score points, it can't be the worst Vols team ever. I say, if you have to count on scoring at least 50 in order to win each week....you're on the worst team in Vols history.

Fooley Fooley Fooley! Yeah he IS the worst coach in Tenn. history. Even Bill Battle got Tenn to 5 straight bowl games including a Sugar Bowl. Battle had three 10+ win seasons as well. So yeah Fooley is the worst other than maybe the guy that coached in 1909-1912 which was the last time we had 3 straight losing seasons in a row.

Right, I have been preaching this for half of this season. What is pitiful is the fact that there are still going to be the same sunshine pumpers on here saying he needs one more year. Are they testing our loyalty or just enjoy watching us eat crap. Either way I am full.
