i didnt realize brock osweiler was picked so high(57nd overall) i wonder if things could get ugly next yr if people start to wonder what the kid can do some people will act like the thought of pushing peyton aside is blasphemy but they took this kid with the 2nd pick a few yrs ago
Example?
The hit on Peyton by Arthur Jones was weak, Romo got hit in the Dallas game late and in the same spot and no flag. Two straight plays Denvers dbs were holding Hilton and Fleener by the jersey as they made their cuts, no flag. If we had lost it would not have been due to officials, but I have little doubt the league wants certain match ups and try to make those happen.

Why are you talking about officials? Colts got tons of calls. Broncos got screwed on the punt fumble and the sideline catch where Sanders got pushed before the ball got there so he couldn't land in bounds, which ended a drive. 2 very big calls in the 2nd half.
Calls missed both ways. Don't know why you would be the one complaining.
Fleener held-no call
Hilton held-no call
total penalties and yards colts 10-67, broncos 2-8. Colts got tons of calls?
It makes sense. He was't playing nearly as well.
I didn't realize how many were declined. 2 penalties for 8 yards? Talib had 3 penalties by himself, I think.
2 missed holding calls is not a conspiracy man. That happens in every game.
That numbers are straight from the NFL website.
Just curious, not trying to rub it in but what happens to your fandom if Peyton retires this year?
I know the numbers are legit. They don't include penalties that are declined.
I don't know what I'll do. Probably Cardinals, just cause they are my home team now (I would stick with Broncos if I still lived in Broncos market).
I've watched every Cardinals game for the last 3 years. It's possible I watch a lot of football without being fanatical about any team. I just love the sport. I like a lot of teams to do well. Broncos, Cowboys, Falcons, Titans, Cardinals, and Colts. I wouldn't call myself a "fan" of any of them, other than the current Broncos, but I enjoy rooting for all of them.
Officials are going to make bad calls. No perfect system. I hate when they take 2 minutes of replay to make a bad call, but overall the game has sped up, so that's not a reason to stop watching.
I get pissed about calls, but they are just going to miss some. You have to account for that. Don't let the game be close enough where one call makes a difference.
The thing that pisses me off the most about the Cowboys call is that it robbed us of an exciting ending. Who didn't want to see Rodgers with a chance for a last second comeback victory? The refs were f-ing stupid, and they ruined the game from entertainment standpoint.
Well, there it is. Now is Manning a hero for playing through that injury as an old man, or is he still a goat?
Peyton Manning of Denver Broncos played with a torn right quad for the last month of the season - ESPN
It makes sense. He was't playing nearly as well.
Wow,Torn Right quad. Hard to step into a throw with that type of injury. You got to have your legs under you too make a strong throw.
