When my dad was an Army surgeon in Vietnam*, he did a lot of autopsies on young men 18-22. A significant number already had coronary artery disease, and this is before teenagers vegged out in front of video games all day.

Most of us eat crap, starting with Coca-Cola and other sodas and spiraling on from there.
