And a high school kid at that (allegedly). I knew Hariston had some character issues, but this is low (if true), even for him.

I think it was a 17 year old kid yeah. Gah. Being close to home may not be for the best.

Scotty was giving Hairston buckets at the local YMCA and PJ got tired of it

Here's the thing: I'm not defending PJ because I think he's an idiot, but, in a pick-up game, how was he supposed to know the guy was 17? Especially if the kid threw the first punch?

Probably just don't punch people in pick-up games.

It's just one of those things that is worrisome for someone who has misbehaved in the recent past, I guess.

I absolutely agree. But I think more people are focusing on "17 year old" instead of the actual punch. Either way, he shouldn't have put himself in that position.

I'm okay with it if the money is right.

He's alright with me. But 1.) He's not as good as McBob and 2.) they're completely different players.

I asssume Humphries would start at the beginning of the season and move to a more limited role when Cody is ready.

Hayward would be a great fit in Charlotte, but that contract is insane.

Regardless, it sounds like Utah will match. So on to plan B.
