The Official APB Evan Berry Thread

It's criminal that he's not getting touches at RB. Speed, incredible vision, burst, size, 2nd gear. It some ways he's more complete than even Hurd or Kamara.

Being a complete back is about more than just speed, size, and vision. It requires blocking, catching passes, taking more of a beating than returning a couple kicks per game, knowing all of the schemes, pad level, etc.If he was moved to RB,it would likely be a year or more before he would be viable as a rotational player.

I'm just preparing myself for his ACL to be torn and that rumor to be true. Why else wouldn't the media comment or any of our insiders comment?

I can't believe I'm even having to answer this, but I don't believe there is anything to this. Evan has been banged up coming off a shoulder and has been battling a hamstring. And he will be speaking tomorrow at media day.

I don't know why there would be those rumors. I haven't heard anything like that.

He's been banged up working back from the shoulder injury and a hamstring issue here recently. I don't think they are taking any chances there as they definitely want him full speed for kickoff to start the year.

Translation: EB is fine

Read the thread title, thought Evan was being moved to All-Purpose Back, opened thread intrigued, realized "APB" here means "All-Points Bulletin" and the only appropriate response here is, "holy crap, man, calm down."

Well, Berry is one player who does not share his #29 with a teammate. So, in the event he is needed in an emergency, he is clear to play offense at any time without issue.

Just throwing it out there in case anyone forgot......
