Hear me out before dismissing the idea. Here's my argument: Trying to avoid anal rape by not wiping won't work on prisoners. These people are already known for their terrible decision making skills, they have been locked up for a reason. And after a couple decades of no vaginal sex, they are not going to be very picky. Plus, it going to cause quite the itch back there for the non-wiper.

True, but I doubt any of their crimes are shat related. Too many Jennys running around in there to risk a poopy peen. Plus if you don't wipe you probably end up in ad seg, for being a nasty bastage. Like Forrest Gump said, "an itchy butt is better than a sore butt"
