I don't like the heavy focus on quick screen bases in the slot. We aren't throwing a lot of slants or downfield passes, everything is lateral and receivers are blocking a lot instead of running down field.

My assumption is that we are hiding are playbook and where doing that last week as well. Hopefully I am right and it isn't something worse.

Have you seen us try to complete a FORWARD pass ?

I love Heup but he will deserve it. Looks like they did not game plan all week and he should use this game as a tuneup to get things right before SEC play. Get Nico plenty of snaps because Miltons arm is going to cost Tn some games

Dude, can you be any more negative? We are going to win this one but it will look ugly. Yes it is ugly, these games happen. It may temper expectations as well because we are NOT Georgia right now (or Michigan, etc.). Just sit back, watch, and enjoy and stop worrying about what the final will be.

Agree. Also we are not the only ones. Georgia beat ball state by only 4 touchdowns today. Ohio State beat a no name by the same. Lots of hiding schemes. That said. Milton does not look sharp. He can do better.

I just got home from work. Hard were the passes that were dropped. I remember at Virginia Tech besides the fact was left handed so had different spin. Mike Vicks receivers dropped loads of balls and said it came with such velocity they dropped several that were on target. Perhaps Joe needs to try and put more touch on his passes and take a smidge off. Again I did not see the 1st half I am hoping for your evaluation. Thanks

No doubt Joe is a step back from Hooker, but the receivers dropped at least three passes right in their hands. First was the slant over the middle, then Bru on the sidelines when he came back to the ball and then Thornton down near the end zone.
