The Official #9 Tennessee vs. #1 Alabama Game Thread, 3:30 pm ET, CBS

But very few people will admit it.

It's another one of those "feeling needs" bs statements.

This class is only in top 10 due to numbers not actual player rankings.

Jones recruiting already peaked like I said and now I believe he reached his ceiling at 10-2 if we are lucky enough to win out.

a class choked full of 3 star talent just wont cut it with the big boys.
There's plenty to complain about in a game like this, but let's at least get through signing day before we start running down the class. I get it's not up to the standards Butch set his the previous couple of years, but we still have about four months until it's finalized.

With where we've been the last ten years, I'll take a few 10-2 season before I start getting restless.

It's historically an important rivalry, but since the split to divisions I don't agree that it's THE rivalry that matters.

If Bama keeps hauling in number one ranked recruiting classes, they're going to keep competing for national championships every year.

It is the one that matters to the big donors though. In reality, it could be the game that keeps TN out of Atlanta this year. Bama will always be the #1 rivalry for TN. Unfortunately, Bama has no fear of TN right now.

Poor --- tackling

So what's to blame for injuries is it a flexibility thing and the strength coach is at fault or just a dum luck thing?

The goal every year Should be to go to the SEC Championship game. Even if we have to play Green Bay

With the we are playing, and the number of injuries we have sustained, going to the SECCG only to get ran out of Atlanta by Alabama gain, would not help us in anyway, either bowl placement or recruiting. To beat it all, now we have to hope for Florida to lose in order for us to get a spot.
