Hah. Guys saying it's ridiculous to expect Butch to be competitive vs Bama in "only" 4 years...when we are currently ranked in the top 10 and already beat Fla and Georgia.

I'm not talking about the growth of the program as a whole...but as the # 9 ranked team playing at home in a "rivalry" game it shouldn't be ridiculous to expect they give Bama a game.

I give credit for how far the program has come on many levels...but the "Bama dilemna" is still far being solved.

I agree to a point but when you take out 3 Oline starters vs the deepest DL in the nation, that does present some challenges. Not to mention losing about 7 starters on Defense and going to 3rd and 4th stringers at LB.
