We're a mid-tier SEC team. We aren't recruiting, or developing talent well enough to be more than that, and our coaching staff as a whole, isn't of a high enough caliber to improve upon that situation.

That's the reality of it.. They can put a happy face on it, doesn't change that reality.

Speed kills, and OSU has it all over the field. Maybe some of you will start to listen to the people who are consistently attacked on this board for saying our recruiting has to be better. The ol “we are in the top 15 in recruiting and getting it done in portal” is simply not good enough (sorry, hard pill to swallow). This team is more talented than us. We don’t have a WR on our team that could make OSU practice squad. Their secondary has elite players everywhere. Outside Pearce and Sampson, I’m not sure we have anyone else that’d start for OSU if they had a healthy roster. We also need to figure out the OL, DB, and WR development.
