Doubt it. Our RPI would be good enough, but I think you’re going to have a lot of people struggling to look past 5 straight series losses to end the year.

The only miracle we have would be that we didn’t get swept in any of them. That’s what’s saved our tails this year. We didn’t get swept at all this year, but yeah you’re right about it being a longshot.

I keep a Roku with me when I travel. Try that. I love it I have my YouTube TV app and ESPN app on it plus tons more. Just plug it into any hotel TV nowadays.

Thanks for the suggestion—-I just use my IPad but like your suggestion better. I spoke with the GM of the hotel this morning, and he assured me he will have the SEC Network working in my room shortly. We will see but won’t hold my breath. #1stWorldProblems

Reading through a game thread in of our forums just isn't something I can do anymore. Baseball is hard, SEC baseball is brutal, some don't get that.

I lived in Texas for 6+ years and loved to tell boastful Texans: "If it weren't for us Tennesseans, all you Texans would be speaking Spanish!"

I’ve heard everything Texas fans have to offer ad nauseam. Ten plus years of living in Texas taught me to have the same opinion of Texas fans as Alabama fans. Moved back home to Nashville in 2010. Neither of my two kids even visited utjr before deciding upon where to go to college and both are UT grads. I have to say this one was special to me.

And now the next special one. Close to home, Was a frustrating weekend in Knoxville a couple of weeks ago. Looking for a season split. And knowing how things could go in college baseball, who knows, maybe even a season win in the long-term.

This makes no sense. If they were upset about bad plays, errors, etc then why would they be unhappy we won? Seems like they really wanted UT to win. This is a completely illogical take.

They are not happy because they said we can't win with all the dumb errors and dumb coaching decisions. They know more about baseball than the coaches and players. You never know how the ball will bounce or the pitcher not making a perfect pitch. Hitters can't pinpoint where there ball is going.

Or perfection in college kids. I’ve seen multiple errors by great SEC teams since Tuesday. It’s not professional baseball and part of college baseball nuances. Put the ball in play and anything can happen….

I don’t disagree with you, and I don’t think you’re the culprit. I also think we need to clean up our fielding, but honestly that’s what makes college baseball more exciting than MLB. Both Texas and Bama SS had costly errors against us. I was mad about the Dean error against Bama but I also believe you gotta pick those guys up. Confidence is literally everything in baseball.

I’ve stayed in several different hotels in Hoover over the years and literally none of them have The SEC Network. Hard to believe the SEC is HQ’d in B’ham and Hoover is hosting the tournament and you can’t even watch it at many of the hotels. Really weird….

On the positive side of things, most all the hotels in Hoover have those beds that shake if you feed them a quarter.

Those can be fun.

Lebron gifted us 2 easy ones Wednesday. Those balls couldn’t have been any more playable than they were, same as TX SS on one of Levi’s hits. Taylor made DP ball and he fumbles the exchange to load the bases.
