Vandy didn’t deserve ****. The refs actually called a fair game in the 2.!; hAlf after they gave them all the momentum by letting them get away with nonstop contact.

If you can’t call it how it is—take a hike.

Vandy out hustled Tennessee for 35 minutes. They were determined and out hustled us.

I tend to count TBA as home and the rest road, but technically yes, neutral court, especially considering how we had looked previously at Madison Square Garden.

Agree, that game against Texas Tech in MSG was a nightmare that keeps running through my head!

Barnes has been incredible for the program. But I would like to see a younger hungry coach take the reins.

I have been more than critical of Barnes than most but this just a horrible post. Barnes has matched and exceeded the accomplishments of Pearl. There are t many coaches in the NCAA that could or even can do that going forward.

Barnes is and should be the coach at TN until he decides to retire.

Agree Barnes has earned that right. But can he hire an offensive efficiency coach to improve the overall performance of the team? It is a long time coming.

Offense has been Barnes Achilles heel since day 1. Great coach (I think he is best coach in Tennessee's history for Men's Basketball) but it has haunted his teams, especially in post season.

Yeah. I'm glad we are usually pretty locked in on D, but when it gets to crunch time you have to be able to score. The Grant and Admiral teams were probably his most balanced teams.

We also just had 4 players score 15 points or more. This team has to learn how to win on the road last year’s squad was more experienced & had a road warrior in DK.

I'll just post in the game thread instead. We have plenty of experience. The problem is a lack of depth. We don't have it and it will bite this team big time, especially in tournament settings.

I'll just post in the game thread instead. We have plenty of experience. The problem is a lack of depth. We don't have it and it will bite this team big time, especially in tournament settings.

Chaz, Igor, Dubar, Cade, Felix are all playing their first year in SEC though. Last year most the team had played a full year or more in SEC already.

But 2 road losses and we’re suddenly “not top 15” is crazy talk. There’s only 1 SEC team clearly better than us, Auburn.

If you're going to laugh at my comment at least get it right, "wise-ass". I never necessarily said this loss IS a quad 1 loss, did I?

Vandy could end up losing the rest of their games for all we know.
My original comment was really just highlighting the fact we just lost to someone with a Net in the 40's.
