My worst experience was also in Gainesville for a football game. Never thought my life was threatened, but had to go knuckles against this drunk fool and his drunken buddies. Tried to walk away several times, and they weren’t letting me and my buddies go. I was a bit younger, and me being a two time All American in wrestling helped end things relatively quick! But man, what a miserable experience. All of it. Pregame, during the game, and postgame. I’ve never been back. But, I don’t hold the entire Florida fanbase in bad regards. Every fanbase has their bozos.

I’m telling you TigerMan the LSU fans I met and tailgated with were great people. Welcomed me like family!!! Would that everyone had similar experiences. SEC has the best sports tradition in the country.

I think he gave up 18 SB’s total in his last two starts (something like that). You don’t wanna mess up his rhythm and what he’s used to, but man we’ve got to do something to hold those runners on first.

Especially liked the commentating from one of the party animal pitchers while pitching.
