The Official #6 Tennessee @ #1Auburn Game Thread, 8:30 PM ET, ESPN

Yeah because losing to the #1 team in America on their court while having to overcome terrible officiating definitely means Barnes won’t win a natty.

God, we have some basketball-stupid fans.
No, bc they can never score efficiently ever against a real team and we have seen this for years.

But go off….

Even the broadcasters couldn't believe the refs in this game. If we meet them again it will be on a neutral court and a much different game.
I was watching on mute, so I couldn't hear. That's a small bit of solace that it was at least confirmed by someone unemotionally attached.

We weren’t good or smart enough to throw the inbounds pass to a ball handler not a center.

And Phillips handling the ball at the top of the key multiple times tonight?

It was an open 3 and we wanted time for a put back off an offensive rebound - great play design that gave us 2 chances to score
Yep, no issue with the shot. Plus, i don’t think anyone else wanted the ball -maybe Chaz. But something tells me the players spoke in the huddle and agreed to put the ball in ZZ’ hands. I thought it was going in but…and hopeful Igor would redeem himself with a put back.

What a miserable way to lose to such a sleazy bunch, especially after we get the 4-point (should have been 5) lead so late in such a tight game.
Then to have Auburn win it on a completely lucky bounce after we block Broome's shot. Ball just landed in that kid's hands and he pulls that 3-pointer out of his ass.
#10 for Auburn may well have the most punchable face in the SEC and acts like an idiot on court.

Awful coaching by Barnes in last minute. And it was a poor play call at the end: let Z drive and get fouled where he's missed one of his last 24 shots
