The Official #6 TENNESSEE (10-2) vs. #7 Climpson (11-2) Orange Bowl Thread - Zone Edition - 12/30 @ 8:00 EST - ESPN

This. over hopping beer is like putting to much wasabi on sushi, it just proves you don't really like the thing your making and want to cover the flavor. Plus the craze has shifted everything more hoppy, like American Pale Ales are now what IPAs used to be and IPA's now seem more like a beer destined to be sent to Sirius by sailboat. It was never meant to be THE flavor it was meant to keep it from spoiling. I remain and always will be a malt head and not a hop head. Honestly I really prefer heather, juniper, and or fennel to most hops, but they tend to be options in only snooty pricey beers. But if ya know any homebrewers there's some great recipes. Friend of mine runs a beer garden, and also sells home brew supplies, it's pretty amazing what you can make at home affordably now.
