The Official #6 [2] Tennessee vs. [7] UCLA Game Three, 9:40 PM ET, TBS/TruTV

All true, but if things at UCLA are as bad as he stated and they want to compete for National status, they need to provide the resources needed to get the job done. I realize he is cooking his own goose but it has to be frustrating to run a program under those circumstances.
in my experience , most successful leaders view problems as opportunities and work to solve them instead of complaining about them.

After listening to that interview, I thought Cronin isn’t the answer at UCLA. Was salty with the media over nothing they asked. Refused an opening comment where he could have publicly recognized his seniors and team for a successful season. Talked down about UCLA not providing enough NIL$. Talked about having to fly commercial back home and whether he could get something good to eat. Came across as Kevin O’Neal light to me.
When you put it that way, I can understand the pouty perspective. I just enjoyed the honesty of it all. Even if it did come off as lamenting the loss. I do agree he could have acknowledged the senoirs and teams success over the season.

That is why I am glad Inhave an engineering background. If you have a problem, there is always a cause . One’s duty is to identify the problem and then find a solution.

Excuses are much easier to find than solutions.
