They are killing us on the offensive boards.

They also do a good job of kicking it back out instantly to one of their guys behind the arc. Seen them rebound and in midair send it out to the arc. Very aware of where their teammates are.

I love Rick and I'm very thankful for what he has done with our basketball program...with that being said I just don't think we will ever court a team under him that will take that next step. I would hate for him to go out this way but I wouldn't be upset if he walks after this. We may end up regressing without him but that's a risk I would be okay with taking. I'm over this Elite Eight mountain we can never get over
