Never apologize for a W but a lot to work on defensively

Defense was not good . Three errors at third base, I couldn’t count the number of pass balls, missed pop fouls etc. Those will catch up with us in a hurry.

I think what we are seeing so far this season is that this team has a lot of talent like previous teams/years, but it hasn't settled in yet and is not firing on all cylinders due to youth/rotating lineup, and transfers...

That said, we aren't what we were the past three seasons, but could come on strong hopefully by next month and be peaking by tourney time. We are a really good team, just not a great team...yet.

Maybe we'll find a way to finish innings with guys on base, quit making bonehead mistakes (base stealing), and get our dang pitching under control, and win this series today.

Lady Vols have defeated the defending National Champions Oklahoma in a series at Oklahoma and now #1 Texas on the road this season...
