So we played like **** on the road at LSU and are up 5. I’ll take it.

You don’t play like **** on the road ina sold out building , against a top 15 team and be up 5. We played good. Definitely could be be better, but overall I’m pleased.

Shots started to fall later in the half, I can't fathom how the refs are always so bad though. It's ridiculous and an embarrassment to the SEC as a conference.

I'm actually kinda worried about that..... TN is used to playing with crap refs and having to adjust their game because of it. What's going to happen when they get refs that at least act like they know what they're doing?

Is there a such thing as a consistent whistle? Early touch fouls on Alexander and the 4 point play, but Grant is clearly shoved in the back and it's a no call.

There are some missed calls for sure but overall this game is being officiated pretty well. Fouls are even at 7-7. LSU has shot a few more FTs but at this point it isn’t anything crazy.

Agree. It is no where near as bad as in Rupp last weekend and we settle for a lot of outside shots.

Most impressed with the renewed commitment on the defensive end. LSU shot 32%, and we had them in end of clock situations jacking up contested threes a number of times. We are also out rebounding them as well. A little sloppy at times, but overall I'd say a well played first half.

Don't mind that shot inside 10 seconds or so, from mid range. He's taken too many too early, and just inside the arc. Low percentage, IMO.

I can't fathom how they missed that block at the end of the half. The refs aren't great, but it's been evenly called, they're just missing calls both ways. We're still struggling to run our offense. Grant isn't getting any post touches, admiral is bailing us out with a lot of midrange shots.

I thought we'd be more aggressive and physical the 1st half. I'm happy with the result so far but we got outplayed a bit the 1st half. We flipped the switch on a couple of times and it worked. Hoping we wear them down a bit in 2nd half.

Officiating is bad in all of college BB. It is not just SEC
