Nice. I live over near nolensville. You wouldn't recognize the area from years before. For nashvegas folk, the 12 south area has a ton of young families and is a hot spot. Of course, I'm sensing you may be the bellemeade type. Cali people I know that move back think a 750k house is chump change.

consider Westhaven, among the many other options. People I know there love it. Wmsn county schools still some of the best in the state, whether Brentwood or Franklin. Some of the neighborhoods prices vary depending on which elementary or middle school you will be zoned to.
