As ugly as it was, we won. For that, I eat some crow about earlier Butch comments. I've maintained that good or bad, everything eventually falls on his shoulders as head coach. We have a lot to tweak, but the fact is, somehow, we snatched victory from what looked like a bad loss. So kudos to Butch for that. His players never gave up and kept fighting. That's Tennessee Heart. That, I can be proud of.

Worried about the D but hopefully this is the last time we hang them out to dry for the first 3 quarters.

Good on Butch not replacing QD. He wasn't as bad as his first half stat line looked. It was a rough start but then guys were just dropping balls. One half wouldn't have been a fair chance in this case

Y'all had some trouble with their offense, but kept fighting. Kelly played great, Dormady settled in, made some clutch plays and y'all pulled it off after all. Nice comeback win, Vols! Congrats!!!

The Vols took it. This wasn't a series unfortunate events. That was a good 4th quarter of football.

Should have been a clip and a long FG. Not sure why anybody is acting like we are lucky for blocking a kick

Are we going to be in for a whole season of that stress again? I dont think I can survive too many more games like that.

This game should have never came down to a good 4th quarter of football. Much less over time.

Sort of. The Air Force game pre-OT was more of an almost late game meltdown (they scored 2 TDs in the last 2 1/2 minutes of the game).

(Granted a good chunk of what happened was also starting CB Inky Johnson going down early on that second-to-last drive and the entire defensive backfield being shuffled to make up for it.)
