I'm sitting here listening to Kenny Chesney's Touchdown Tennessee and reflecting on just how far the program has come since CBJ was hired. It seems the tone from the staff, both in practice and in interviews, has changed dramatically. Gone are the days when CBJ had to drive the team to improve. Gone are the days of a hollow roster. Gone are the days of players just showing up. There's real leadership and dedication from all the players. Today is the culmination of a lot of hard work and changes to the culture and environment surrounding the team. I plan to savor each and every moment. LET'S GO VOLS!!!!!
