The fact that it's still considered crazy to see weird calls and strange spreads and think of the money- which has influenced, provably, some of the biggest leagues in the world- is itself crazy to me.

The takeaway so far is that the running game is sound. All our RB's are running hard. Super impressed with Star Thomas. Our receivers are better than last year but drops are bad. JA is going to be serviceable but it's clear he throws high like Milton. The D hasn't improved. The secondary is still suspect. The D line is still tough to run against but at the same time, we get gashed periodically.
We are going to struggle with Florida, Bama, and GA. But I think that a lot of issues are just because it's the first game. I don't think the team has an identity right now. The replacement of the QB, RB, and most receivers is going to take a few games to wear into position.

The secondary is still suspect? What? We have two legit All SEC corners and Colton Hood looks really good as well.

Defense was a by product of injuries upfront today. They should be fine

WRs are about the same so far in this game. One down field pass to Staley is it. But they just don’t have any experience.
