I’ve never understood why they penalize the offense in the replay. The ball spotting at the 1/2 yard vs. the one inch line isn’t accurate.

Anyone know if there’s a rule? Doesn’t make sense.

There has to be a rule where the refs have to round to the nearest half yard line or something. There have been so many reviews where the ball is an inch or two short, if not a TD, and every time, they either rule it a TD or “half a yard short.”

Not misaligned, but if the TE on the right went out it should have been an illegal receiver call as he was covered. You can put 10 on the line if you want, but only 2 can go down field on a pass! Just can’t have 5 off the line.
