The Official #23 Tennessee @ #24/25 Florida Game Thread, 3:30 PM ET, CBS

Obviously I am rooting for UT but SEC games are won in the trenches. These OL/DL combos are about as bad as I can remember seeing in a UT vs UF game... but I think the best of those 4 units is the UF DL. I think it's the difference in the game. UF pressures a weak OL and a QB making his first SEC road start and finds enough of a running game to win by 10.

The good thing here is that I am terrible picking games!

Who said we have a weak OL?

Has anyone noticed how AF is hanging with Michigan? Michigan has not looked like the 7th best team in the country. AF has looked as good as Florida. Do I dare think we might stomp a mudhole in the Gators?

Proud see my Vol brethren out on the roads headed to BHG today. Here locally Gator fans are very wary about what is getting ready to happen to them. I tell you they are SCARED!

Guys and Gal (har har)

Been a rough morning for me, I'm hoping in the next hour things improve Dramatically! I'm hoping for a mistake free game and that we play with determination! This falls on to the coaching staff, let us hope they have our Volunteer Nation ready!

Hit em Hard and Go Big Orange!!

So hard for me to get excited about the game. It almost feels like we're just fielding a second team with the injuries we have.

General Neyland's 7 Maxims

1. The team that makes the fewest mistakes will win.

2. Play for and make the breaks and when one comes your way - SCORE.

3. If at first the game - or the breaks - go against you, don't let up... put on more steam.

4. Protect our kickers, our QB, our lead and our ball game.

5. Ball, oskie, cover, block, cut and slice, pursue and gang tackle... for this is the WINNING EDGE.

6. Press the kicking game. Here is where the breaks are made.

7. Carry the fight to Florida and keep it there for 60 minutes.

Go Vols!!
