While true, other teams could jump ahead of them in a trade. If they are higher on Sanders over the remaining QBs, they won't risk him not being there at 36 with Oakland and New Orleans waiting in the shadows.

But seriously, I'm not so sure on the Raiders as being QB-needy.

Titans trade their second round pick to Seattle for their second and third round pick.

Might see a run on WRs now given that's one of Seattle's needs.
 
So Cleveland takes the guy everyone thought they'd take with their first pick this round, just with their second pick instead.
 
The next potential Sanders spot has to be maybe the Saints but somewhat more likely the Steelers, right? Is there anyone in the second round that needed a QB but hasn't met their QB need at this point?
