Notice the difference between our game and UConn. Hurley takes a timeout when it was 30-32..Sets up a play. Gets it to 30-34 and finished the half 30-36.

I suppose its easier when you have a 7'2 big man who can contest with Edey

And they aren’t getting whistled every other possession. Once we got up 11, the whistles put a stop to that…..

Honestly, it feels like this game is going one of two ways: either UCONN dominates the second half and wins by at least 15 points, or Purdue hangs in there and ends up winning a game that will be decided in the last minute. There is no in-between.

Should of, could of, would of, I know, but Connecticut is doing what we were unable to do against Purdumb. Those shots from the foul line and inside are there all night and we just couldn’t hit on those. So many misses but ZZ and others, I feel was a key to us losing. Not to mention 11-33 Ft attempt disparity. I still say it was ours and we should be in this game tonight

I missed a lot of the first half. How’s Clingan doing against Edey?

Clingan has 7 points. Edey getting his tonight w 16 points. But Purdue stopped going to him around 8 min mark.

Edey almost look like he shot his shot the first 12 minutes of the game. He looks spent.

I love TN but UConn is better than our Vols. They are so athletic and quick to the ball. Plus they rarely miss an open three ball, and they have a few players who can take it to the rim.

He does better when he gets to shoot 20 free throws. Not only are there the points but it also helps him rest.
