The Official 2008 Tennessee Vols Predictions

sorry if I came of as a smart @$$.

Here's another prediction: Rico McCoy will be a 2nd team NCAA All-American.

I wish we had an official questions thread because I dont have a clue to who will be starting at the other linebackers position, or who besides Dan Williams will play DT, and also how the other DBs feel about not being part of the Goon Squad....could that be why Ricardo Kemp transferred? (jk about Kemp)

Florida, Georgia and Bama I understand. I'm just curious as to why you have UCLA beating us?

I think your team is better than UCLA, but its on the road and you have a new starting QB. I just think its a bad spot for you, that's all.

You know, one of the biggest problems is that your toughest games are in the first half of the season. You'd be much better off, IMO, if the schedule were flipped.

You should know by now that with last year beat down that Bama is more than likely to reapeat. Sure we went 7-6, but that same 7-6 team kicked your tail pretty bad and we have done nothing but improve over spring. I dont really know bout SC, and i dont really care but if they beat UT id be happy.

10/25 the DAY OF REDEMPTION, when Nicky gets neutered in Neyland. I usually end any post on bama with :the_finger:bama, but since you are new to the board I won't be so crude. Love to see your post 10/25 evening. Nicky will have to come up with a better analogy than Pearl Harbor (GEEZ!!!), let's see with Neyland being right off the river maybe he will make a genius comment comparing their whacking to Hurricane Katrina! GO VOLS smash bama.
If this gets me banned for rudeness, so be it.

So do they!

Sorry, that statement made me think you were posting your prediction off of some actual facts, and not just making it up as you went along.

And just for the record, Ill go ahead and make my Alabama prediction. Bama will be 0-1 after the first game. Unless those checks to the refs Alabama uses at home clear, in which case you might eek out a win.

EDIT: Nevermind, the game is @ Clemson, so I stand by my original statement.

Thats right, we do pay refs. Thats why we went 7-6 last year. Besides, we didnt have to pay the refs to beat UT

You so obviously have no clue about UCLA's 2008 team.

That's fine, if I could lock up a division title and a chance to win the SEC but with a blowout loss to Alabama, I'll take it.

You can lock up an arse beating of us and 7-6.

Deal?

.....with an impressive 4-4 record in conferance. Thank goodness you scheduled those really tough games with Western Carolina, Houston and Louisiana-Monroe erm nevermind, you lost that one. If you hadnt played Arkansas at home last year and gotten bailed out by the ref in that game, your team wouldnt have even been above .500

It's not like Crompton hasn't started and played before...He started two games for us in 2006 and played rather well...He's not a rookie by any means...But I just don't see UCLA even getting close to Us even with a new offense.

8-4 for the season, third place in the SEC East and a big fat L to every decent team on our schedule.

This will, of course, incite the Fulmerites to jump for joy and lobby for a three-year extension of Phil’s contract.

A Bammer fan of a 7-6 team last year has no reason to be trolling a Tennessee board where the team played in Atlanta for the title. Go away Rufus.
