The stubborn refusal to stop the middle runs seems to be putting us in 3rd and long. And WRs or RB/TE are kept in to block so no check down for milton. seems questionable play calling to me, but I don't know much

The run game is good… they’re flexing against what has been a good run defense so far. I’m not sure how you can even begin to think that Milton is not the problem. Hooker never looked even close to THIS bad. It’s up to Heupel to right the ship and at least see what Nico can do in a live game situation.

Agree completely. And we probably won’t see him next week on the road either. Heupel is limited by Joe but Nico clearly isnt the answer.

Nope. His entire success is dependent upon getting up on teams early and forcing others to play from behind.

You have absolutely no idea he isn’t any better. I have watched every single play of every single game this year. If he’s not better than this, who in hell tagged him with a 5*

I’ve been a Milton supporter 100% all season but I wouldn’t even be opposed to trying Nico on a series or a few plays. 36 yards passing in a half ain’t gonna cut it. A&M’s qb throws the ball like a drunken uncle at a backyard bbq and even he’s doing better.
