Yes that’s my point exactly. I think as a fan base we wanna say Neyland is some super loud stadium that no one can match. That just isn’t the case anymore. Sure it’s loud but not so loud teams are really affected anymore.

It’s just pride talking I think. I am self aware enough to acknowledge we definitely are just par for the course when it comes to modern crowds. We do have some neat traditions that make us special, but crowd noise isn’t much of a factor anymore.
